At mntys, you may request a return for an eligible item within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unworn and unused, with its original tags and packaging. Include your order number or proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain subject to applicable law.

How to start a return

Email sommella1111@hotmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason for your request. If the return is approved, we will send return instructions. mntys covers the return shipping cost for approved returns. Please wait for those instructions before sending the item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and a description of the issue so we can help.

Refunds and exchanges

We will review your return after receiving it and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded except where required by applicable law. If you need a different size, color or item, contact us about your return and place a separate order for the replacement.
